Sometimes food DOES equal happiness! I've been going to Cafe Gitane for six years now and always love it. I smile just thinking about the little wrapped chocolate they give you with your cappuccino. Their attention to detail makes things taste just that much better and offers little surprises in simple meals. It's an bright yet intimate, french cafe type setting, ideal for a two person party (and not many more). They have amazing hummus, couscous and you can't beat the baked eggs for breakfast, pictured here.Mmmm.
